We’re located in Van Alstyne Texas, a charming country town just 15 minutes north of McKinney. This 20-acre venue features lush trees, large open spaces for weddings and entertainment, extensive outdoor lounge areas and more…all combining to provide the perfect setting for your special event.

What’s Included?

  • The Farmhouse

    The 4,200 sq. ft. farmhouse offers the perfect space for the bridal party to get ready, featuring a full kitchen, spacious living areas, five bedrooms, and a wraparound porch. The entire second floor is dedicated to the bride, with bedrooms, a mini-kitchen, two balconies, and a large open lounge. Downstairs, the groom’s area provides privacy, oversized rooms, and a big-screen TV for a comfortable, relaxed start to the day.

  • The Barn

    The barn is a 6,900 sq. ft. climate-controlled, two-story venue that seats up to 235 guests. It includes an indoor bar, portable bar, five HDTVs, a top-tier A/V system, and a catering room. Outside, there’s a covered patio with lounge seating, lawn games, fire pit, and pass-through bar window. A TABC-certified bartender manages alcohol service, with on-site parking and police security provided.

  • All food and catering, plates and silverware

  • All drinks, alcoholic beverages & glassware

  • All trash cleanup and disposal in dumpster provided

  • Outdoor chairs if ceremony is held outside

  • All tablecloths, table decorations & other decorations

  • Special event insurance (required)
